It’s that time of year when young football players can either get better or make excuses. Go compete. Lift with your teammates, play basketball, wrestle, play hockey, just do something! Don’t make the mistake of not taking advantage of the opportunities in front of you!

It's amazing how many high school athletes will do everything but the work required to maximize their potential. There is no special movement, workout, or shortcut to get better. Maximizing potential requires substantial time and relentless effort.
