Supporting the next generation of scientists @CIMMYT. He is Sibusisiwe Dube, PhD student at UKZN supported by @RAIZ_project presenting her work assesing agroecology transition.

These are the @RAIZ_project Learning Centres in Mutoko and Murehwa. Farmers in these areas will learn a lot from crop diversification, cropping systems such intercropping (maize-cowpea, sorghum-cowpea), and different fertilizer regimes suitable for them.

#2025 @RAIZ_project Soil moisture & temp are key drivers of N2Oemissions. Measuring these factors in the topsoil layer helps to explore how Water-Filled Pore Spaces & temp impact emissions under different cropping systems & hydro-climate extremes.
