A note for the #RISC_OS folks: From the History of @ARM "The first chip was delivered to Acorn (then in the building we now know as Arm2) on 26th April 1985." That means that in few months it's the 30th birthday of the #Arm2! So let's get some beers ready I guess๐Ÿ˜Ž

Oberon is a programming language and a system. It is a successor of Pascal and Modula.. Very strict. You can see a little "Hello World" Down to left. You start things by middle clicking on a text that is interpreted as code.. for example https://t.co/iRFmG9I7cF.

๐Ÿ’ก Did you know? You can open paths & links from command output in Haikuโ€™s Terminal by holding the Command key (usually โ€˜Altโ€™) and then clicking on them. (It even handles line:column suffixes!)

More python on TI-nspire CX II-T. It is poking a LUA script in the background that in turn animates the graph. I don't like python, but in this case it is quite fun!

The CDE session is running on Xvfb and is served to #RISC_OS with Xvnc. The Linux pc runs headless. Very useful setup.

I will be doing a presentation to ROUGOL over zoom on Monday about 64bit RISCOS. The contact details for it are here: https://t.co/pV8hp85UXt come along if youโ€™re interested in what might be done to make a version of RISCOS that uses modern ARM architectures.
