Notice of Crowdsense Ltd. liquidation Dear Partners, As you will be aware, CrowdSense has been in distress for several months now, largely as a result of the challenges around regulations and being unable to launch without raising further investment.

It’s with deep regret, therefore, that we have to announce that the company is now in liquidation. We wish to convey our sincere thanks for your support over the last few months and years, and apologise that we have let you and the wider investor base down.

We have been in discussions with potential acquirers or merger possibilities. One in particular showed promise most recently and we hoped that it could lead to CrowdSense shareholders gaining shares in the acquiring business which has healthy revenues in a similar space.

Of course, raising money in a situation where we have missed key targets and are facing further significant delays to launch has been difficult.
