After a really busy few days away it’s nice to get back to Carlisle. This morning I was with the senior leaders and PSW’s from @sthelenscouncil. A great discussion about @SocialWorkEng and how we can continue to collaborate in the future. #northwestengagement

The practice staff have to deal with over 200 letters every day that all need some sort of action. These include hospital discharge, A&E reports, blood results and many more. Taking up time of both administrative staff and clinicians. #LetsDoItTogether
