No such thing as a life-saving abortion. Saving the life of the mother NEVER requires the intentional killing of the unborn. Ever.

I have severe preeclampsia right now & my baby was born early, didnโt help my condition so far. Its typically developed after 20 weeks and babies are viable for a majority of the risk window. Absolutely not an excuse for termination. She deserves life regardless of my health.

That said, it is barbaric to impose possible death upon others. Preeclampsia/eclampsia are the leading causes of maternal deaths in my state. I'm happy you made it through. Others are not so lucky.
