Try playing on broken wiring with dsl/satelite internet with bad grounding and over 130 latency. Is your latency over 130? I guarantee it doesnt pass 80 in hawaii if you do the network test on your xbox i used to play on 70 then i moved to a very old apartment. The real struggle
