Just in case more people are wondering:
Depending on the hygroscopic level of the material it will come in a Nylon bag or Aluminum bag.
(Aluminum for higher hygroscopic levels)

Is it pure aluminum and not mylar?
I know that mylar is aluminum coated polyester film. But I rarely see aluminum foil bags, but I regularly see mylar ones.
