Please @amazon , stop sending bad return products to our customers. It really damages our brand. We put a great amount of efforts in quality control and we would like our users to enjoy that.

@Polymaker_3D @amazon My last spool of sparkle dark blue didn't even come packaged. They literally slapped the UPS label on the filament box and sent it out the door...I was just happy the spool survived

@Polymaker_3D @BuildersMark_ @amazon Not making excuses for them. In the fulfillment centers they have "problem solvers" who repair damaged products well enough to repack and ship. These people don't have knowledge that certain things can't be shipped if the package is damaged. For the shipping label on the pack
