That's the easy part though. It's avoiding the hidden dairy that's more difficult - in crisps, for example, and other places you would just not expect to find it... ππ‘

I agree regarding milk and yogurt - the vegan substitutes are just fine. I've yet to find something that duplicates solid cheese well, so I do without. Making a cheesy sauce works with cashews etc, but I haven't met a vegan cheddar or brie.
