@PlantBasedNews @Giuseppeeeee I agree regarding milk and yogurt - the vegan substitutes are just fine. I've yet to find something that duplicates solid cheese well, so I do without. Making a cheesy sauce works with cashews etc, but I haven't met a vegan cheddar or brie.
