Any strength coaches watching the CrossFit Games? Definitely not a CrossFit guy, but I enjoy watching these athletes push the limits of fitness every year.
What did we just watch?! 🤯. Colten Mertens with the MASSIVE 570-lb (258.55 kg) back squat to win Event 5. Mertens squat was 15 lb more than the next best lift.

Telltale sign your coach doesn’t know what they’re doing: . Mindless conditioning is a staple in their practice. Run away from these coaches (pun intended).

Had chat GPT create a spreadsheet to calculate vertical jump height and RSI. All I have to do is film the exercise and input ground contact time and air time (phones can capture up to a 100th of a second). Will have to do until I get my @OVRPerformance.
