This corresponds to ~150 μm x 150 μm in the sample. A resolution of ~5 nm is achieved throughout the FOV. The design is adapted from Stehr & Stein et al. ( https://t.co/dMUhsB0MwL).

Big fields of view (FOV) for #DNAPAINT! In single-molecule localization microscopy, Gaussian illumination limits the usable FOV. By adding a piShaper to the excitation path, @l_masu and I create a beam with a flat-top profile, achieving even illumination across the camera 🧬🔬
