@PensareBBall I said it last night… the frustration is probably more with the FO as they promised a contributor and he’s clearly a project. There were multiple contributors that fell behind him and it feels like Flynn over Bane again. I HOPE he develops but it’s a terrible look right now

@PensareBBall Every time I see Gradey in a game, main team or 905, I see SO MANY instances of him being wide open for what would be great shots to build reps and confidence and guys like McDaniels will look him off and not swing until they're stuffed... then it's too late... Frustrating to me

@PensareBBall I don’t even think Gradey is a bad rookie, he needs reps and coaching like any other rookie. If he’s not gonna get good reps and coaching then he won’t develop. I don’t see why he can’t get 5 to 10 minutes a night, even when his shot isn’t falling he does everything else right

@PensareBBall Fans have the right to be mad. “Suppose” to be the best shooter and is incapable of shooting right now. Grady brought this upon himself. Should have stayed in college. Won’t be good for another 3 years.

@PensareBBall Facts my man! Everyone is too quick to hate. I think they should keep him in the G for longer. Let him develop his game, rebuild his confidence and get stronger before bringing him up to the big leagues.

@PensareBBall One thing I noticed in the early games when he missed a bunch of threes guys stopped passing. So lately he will only get passes for contested or rush threes.

@PensareBBall I have nothing against Gradey, I hope he develops into a solid player. I'm frustrated with our FO's lack of development of young players. It used to a strength of the team but it's been missing for years now. Also throwing away picks for sus signings is really hurting this team.
