The sheer amount of people who think it's OK to just not try to win...in professional sports, mind you...will always be stunning to me. Such a loser mentality. Even if you don't win, you have to have a winning culture. It's the most difficult thing to rebuild once you've lost it.
Can't get any worse. Tank and build for the future. It's not that hard of a process...this is the start in which should be a rebuild. #HereWeGo

Not shocked ,but surprised was my initial feeling….but now shocked! There are going to be a lot of people in that building @steelers really impacted by Coach T not being there. He had that kind of effect on everyone, myself included #NFL @JBaileyNFL @Steelersdepot
