“Europeans should be very very careful in dealing with China. Why?
History. The Chinese remember with great precision everything that happened in the century of humiliation.”

They are still 20 themselves.they think they are in the century, they don't realize that Xi dada will erase them from history

I recently had a conversation in
#China
about the “Yangtze Incident” in which a Royal Navy gunboat was sunk in 1949. Although the young man couldn’t have been more than 25, for him it happened yesterday.

Hard to take Indians scaremongering about China seriously.
It's usually just a warm-up to reasons why we should let millions more Indians into Western countries to displace our own Middle Class.

Not just my parents remember and told me, I’ll remember and tell my daughters and ask them to tell their kids too.
We will see.

imagine if Europeans were still remembering what Genghis Khan did to them...
These are the typical populist arguments that a dictator would use to influence its people, while perpetuating hate, sick.

I'd thought that any mild student of modern Chinese history would have known about the May 4th Movement as mentioned by K. Mahbubani.
The indignation at the injustice dealt by the Treaty of Versailles is simmering again as China is maligned and pilloried for surpassing the West.

has a lot to learn from China because we quickly embrace our oppressors and seek their approval day in,day out.
@AUC_PAPS
seems not to learn from its past bad experiences. Europeans hate Africans whether we like or not.
