Idk if jail is the proper corrective action but both parents should have to contribute to taking care of the child. Most men who don’t pay the child like they are supposed to are the same men who barely take any responsibility to care for the child.

This is not true. Most men delinquent on child support are poor. That’s often the common denominator.
