Actually if any Muslim thinks this kind of act is legal in Islam, he/she will be no longer in Islam. But in terms of christianity whatever you do you will always be a christian no matter what you do.

Go tell her if she thinks she is Muslim or not. If she has a little bit of knowledge about Islam, she knows she can never be a Muslim if she does such a thing. But a Christian can always be a Christian. As long as they believe in Christ even Hitler can go to heaven
