India’s terrorism has intensified since 5 Aug 2019; inhuman lockdown of 8 million Kashmiris in the Valley; imprisonment of all political leaders; abduction & torture of Kashmiri youth; brutal force against peaceful protestors; collective punishments; extra-judicial killings 3/13

The Special Rapporteurs of the Human Rights Council on Torture, Extra-Judicial Executions and on Terrorism have jointly declared that India’s anti-terrorism legislation is incompatible with international human rights law. India has failed to provide any answers 4/13

The international community should seek to prosecute the Indian civil and military personnel involved in the state terrorism, war crimes and crimes against humanity, in occupied Jammu and Kashmiri 5/13

2 - Pakistan has evidence that Indian intelligence agencies sponsor TTP/JUA launching terrorist attacks against our mil & civil targets & was responsible for the terror attack which killed 142 APS school children. India has blood of our innocent children on its hands 6/13

Mr. Ajit Doval, India’s National Security Adviser, has proclaimed that India will pay mercenary terrorists more than anyone else to destabilize Pakistan. The captured Indian spy, Kulbhushan Jadhav, Naval officer, has confessed to organizing such terrorism in Pakistan 9/13

Fourth RSS-BJP Hindu supremacist clique that rules India has mounted an organized campaign of terror and oppression against India’s 180 million Muslims. Mr. Modi, was responsible, as Chief Minister, for the Gujrat pogrom in which 2000 innocent Muslims were killed 10/13
