Two Pittsburgh business owners are being charged for their part in an elaborate EBT scheme. The owners, Rachna Anwar and Munir Chaudhri, are alleged to have purchased more than $178,000 worth of food and drinks after purchasing the EBT cards at a discount from cardholders.
