died once already, saw the light...talked to the light, should have died on more occasions, I aint skeered. Not looking forward to it, I like being alive, but when it comes, it comes.

I have never understood the fear.
Why do people fear what will happen?
Does anyone fear the rising of the moon?
What if they did? Would the concern stop it?
The reason (I believe) that people flock to the after life idea is due to nothing more than fear.
Why fear?
Ludicrous.

I am a believer also. I think all of us are scared of the unknown. The Bible doesn't go into a lot of detail about some future things. We just trust God that it will be better than we can imagine.

It did until my Mother was dying. At the very end she said to me, "You are afraid of dying aren't you?" Then she said, "Well don't be. It's not that bad." She passed the next am and I haven't been bothered since.

fear of the unknown is natural. Heaven by Randy Alcorn - great book that encourages envisioning how wonderful the next life with the Creator can be.

Not at all. I look forward to the day I can finally reunite with all of my family and live in the presence of Jesus for eternity. ππ»β€οΈ

I am not afraid of death; I was clinically dead. Incredible, btw. Doctors have "no medical explanation" for how I spontaneously revived.
What does give me pause after seeing shows on Egyptian digs, Paris catacombs, etc. is having parts left here after I die. Decided cremation.
