TLDR: ranked sucks for a lot more reasons than just the cheating pandemic

This example is from yesterday's ranked match when my teammates knew who i was and explained what I said above, he wanted some chill ranked after work and admitted he is NOWHERE near champ level, but thats where the game has put him... it's not even his fault, but it's ruining it

and this isn't anything negative towards people with a real job, it's a matter of realistic views, he isn't good enough to be here, he has a 0.2 KD and 30% winrate, HE ISN'T HAVING FUN, nor is his teammates , OR his enemies, why is he champ with a negative winrate?

yes, there is a cheating problem, and it's a huge issue, but the games in-between without any cheaters are equally ruined in quality by the matchmaking and playerbase expectations of ranked, someone working a 9-5 who wants some "chill" ranked and run it down, shouldnt be in champ

More strict matchmaing parameters, id rather spend 30 seconds more in queue for a higher quality game, instead of getting instant queues and it's a 4-0 or 0-4 terrible experience, I don't see why it's rushing me in a low quality match when we have the playerbase for it

Ranked is for the competitive, and it should aim to BE competitive, and the current system has only gotten since since Solar Raid when ranked 2.0 was introduced. it's a glorified battle-pass with no care for competitive integrity, and I despertively want and need it to change

And the worst part is, it's not the players fault, they should NEVER be the top 0.1% of the playerbase in champion vs / with pro players, they aren't good enough, not even CLOSE, yet ubisoft's current matchmaking and ranked system, deems them worthy with a NEGATIVE WINRATE???

I either get super loud racist teammates with no common sense or teamwork, or they are perma muted, never talk or listen and you're 1v5 on your own, atleast the racist idiots talk to you ( altho in a REALLY derogatory way ) it's a lose/lose

My soloQ account is to mess around, play wonky attachments, try out diff playstyles/operators and not worry too much about the simple stat of winning or losing, but I notice I am getting blatantly griefed almost EVERY game by my teammates, and it's unplayable

Queue time is INSTANT most hours of the day on WEU server 12 seconds and I am in a ranked match, a game that is often 4-0 or 0-4 coinflip, one team has 200-400 games played EACH, the other? a combined 110 across all 5 players. HOW is this fair matchmaking?

These individuals have not played that much this season yet ,fair enough, so lets take a deeper look into their multi-year performances, TLDR: negative winrate high diamonds / champions, and if you were to look at my enemy, theyre all top 200 champs with 400 games played.

These are just stats from random teammates in a singular ranked session. 20-40% Winrate individuals, barely holding onto a 1.0 KD, no mic usage, former champ last season with 100's of games played. They don't know where default cams are, or how the basic fundementals work.
