Understand the basics before worrying about being an expert, make it exist before thinking about perfection, and "do stuff" before optimising the end-to-end process. Of course, there might be exceptions, but that is not usually the case and we end up overthinking most times.

A few questions I ask about goals usually illuminate areas to focus on more or less (80-20 rule). Sometimes to achieve BIG results FASTER, you need to answer SMALL questions SLOWER, "what, why, how, when".

Speaking to numerous creatives worldwide at different experience levels, I realised how we share similar problems. I see many proactive, growing creatives wanting to learn/do everything at once, overwhelmed and experienced folks leaving money on the table during interviews.
