Yes, it will triumph. You don't need to eliminate caste for Hindutva to triumph. You need to disincentivize caste divisions being used politically and give Hindus something higher to aspire to that's beyond Caste, i.e., the vision of Hindu Rashtra and Akhand Bharath.
