I broke down today. I can’t understand how people I know can be going to movies, concerts, and conventions whilst a genocide is going on like things are normal, my partner held me as I cried: I understand the woman who lit herself on fire more than I do some of my best friends.

@FaatiTheStreet @Kriukesbatu Me and my husband said the same thing, it’s so hard to keep going but we have to for our kids, and have to smile for them .. it’s also so hard to eat and drink because I know they have nothing :-( we keep breaking down all day when the kids are busy it’s so hard now to be happy
