Tokenising commodities and precious metals / gems etc has been a obvious use case for a while but I've not seen many do it. There was a project tokenising Jade I remember about 12 months ago.

My memory isn't as good as it used to be lol. It's an interesting idea certainly. I know personally that football clubs in the UK are struggling with authenticating tickets and stopping touting.
