Yes you will. The wallet is multi-chain and one of those chains is Stellar.
So yes you'll be able to send from OKX

The only other way is to swap is to wait for the Freehold Wallet.
Or, sell $RIO on OKX and buy back via PancakeSwap

You can hold $RIO on BNB Chain so you could earn rewards that way.
Direct staking needs to be done within the Realio network
