(continued) It's great that this programme exists, and I really hope if I wait I can find a suitable venue/time, so I phoned them up to see if they ever hold courses within a large area near me, they don't, but they've registered my interest and will analyse other responses.

In diabetes awareness week I've tried to sign up to an in-person NHS Diabetes Prevention Programme course, but most are during a morning/afternoon, the others aren't doable. Nowhere is close either. Online version exists but IRL would be better for me. #DiabetesAwarenessWeek

The Perhentian Islands and this bay (Coral) are stunning, we've had such a wonderful time, my highlight being me snorkelling a few feet from a Loggerhead Turtle, for 100m almost alone. Leaving here tomorrow, sad times. #perhentianislands
