@junderscorea They do in more rural areas. Rise in population has increased city sizes. More population, more gun violence problems because the culture is slow to change. The culture is to abruptly stop something, which causes more problems.

@NowLibertarian I see most change happened with the break down of the family. Mothers working and not being at home raising children. The government saying how to discipline your children, no spanking. I'm not talking about beating children, I'm talking about learning consequences to actions.
