A client of mine in industrial area has already been served with a notice to paint his building within 14 days… mark you, he has to pay for a license to paint, the kind of speed they move with when it comes to collecting money, but providing service, is where they draw the line.

In 14 days, we should have, Garbage sorted, sewage sorted, drains sorted, vibandas out, Boda Boda menace stopped and much more. Let him fix that, and I am sure building owners will have no issue painting their buildings. #ReclaimNairobi
