@NitonCalling @virginmedia I am still waiting despite asking 9 times for the email I need to write to to claim compensation for my E Tickets I couldn’t access and event now passed… #TickTock 4 weeks until ombudsman as already made complaint on here which was acknowledged.

@NitonCalling @Dizzy_Giraffe @virginmedia I am experiencing just the same. Everything completely disappeared from my iPhone. Fortunately (not that it’s much good to me at the moment) ) I have everything before June 17th on my iPad (but for how long I wonder 🤷🏻♀️) It’s hugely stressful I agree !

@virginmedia where are my emails - AGAIN!? No historical content and today back to no emails at all - when are we to expect a 'service'??? This is not acceptable.
