So SafeMoon sells the rights to everything expect the contract for the token? Looks like they are doing everything they can to make sure SafeMoon is done before a trail even happens….

There are requirements. The buyer has to have the best interest of the estate and the creditors. So whoever is participating in tbe auctions must have big plans for the future of Safemoon

So lets say someone buys the exchange. Can we hope for a comeback of the safemoon token is what I am interessted in for all of us. Will we get to know who bought the exchange ect. is my next question I wait for to see.. I will wait and we will see

I think the buyer will complete what Safemoon started, there is no reason to buy the Blockchain and doing nothing.. Right?

If I am Buyer I will change the Name and Start with New token but If buyer is smart keep Safemoon Token Because Safemoon is popular already...

It’s a voluntary bk filing. The CRO of Safemoon initiated the decision. Since this is the case then my assumption is that they were never waiting for John’s verdict. They already know John’s verdict 👍🏼
