Hey! The case is still on going. No verdict yet, this is just a hearing for specific affiliates to comply with an order. In this case, FV bank and Citibank are ordered to comply with the trustee and transfer $4.1 mil from their accounts over to the trustee.

I’m curious if the judge every question what the purpose of filing for BK is if they have all those funds ready at disposal. Then again, it was voluntary and probably a response to the fraud case.

A voluntary filing of BK can certainly be denied especially if someone doesn’t meet the criteria..like the judge isn’t just going to allow anyone and everyone to avoid their financial obligations but I’m assuming it was granted due to the on going fraud case

Trustee’s request is granted. She will get the funds and most definitely securing in the estate under safe custody. We still have to wait but John next bail hearing is this coming Monday 🙏🏻 hoping for positive news.
