@NipseyHoussle To all saying ten yr is crashing this is true but credit spreads are worsening and lending is tightening a bit. Remember rates dropped to 5.99 in Jan then skyrocketed and by then end they will drop the rate to no avail because so many will be blown out there will be no demand
