The issues Keating raised are of National importance and he is right about reporters and the drums of war. Personal insults detract from his arguments, play to the fan base, but are not smart. Always Keating’s achilles heal and allow people to dismiss his substantive arguments.

Largely our sickly politics/politicians problem is legacy media-related:Murdoch+Roger Ailes the origin of the contagion.
The only vaccine going seems to be pockets of SM and Paul Keating!

Doesn't the FACT that Scummo made the agreement to buy these subs from either U.S. or U.K. before the election mean anything? All Albo has been required to do is to sign the personal loan Scummo left us with.

Seems clearer that the system is actually geared to work against people. Large media orgs working as propaganda machines for govt/military.You'd think once some truth comes out (from respectable ex PM) they might be decent enough to 'air it', rather than obfuscate & prevaricate.
