Prepare for November’s National Lung Cancer Screening Day with the ACS NLCRT’s "Best Practice Guide for Building Lung Cancer Early Detection Programs." It provides guidance to providers on how to best increase the number of individuals who are screened.

ACS NLCRT researchers looked at Outcomes after Surgical Management of Early Stage Lung Cancer in Octogenarians. They found a gap in survival & discharge disposition between elderly & younger patients,calling for further research & QI work to address them.

Attendees in last month’s Biomarker Summit took bold steps in creating more lung cancer survivors. The day-long workshop asked participants to come together - developing and prioritizing projects that will shape the roundtable’s 2026 biomarker workplan.
