Since January 2025 : 4246 people received an organ transplant 3646 people received a cornea transplant 886 became living donors 431 people received a tissue transplant 1325 became deceased donors 8268 are still on the organ waiting list. Confirm your decision in 2026.

Organ donation has many faces. Nicola Leslie is a heart transplant recipient who lives in the Isle of Man. She was diagnosed with arterial fibrillation in 2007 and, after numerous operations, she was told she needed a heart transplant.
