As of 1:10AM UTC, the network has resumed normal block production at one minute variables. We continue to advise all exchanges keep withdrawals and deposits halted until the hotfix has been applied, to prevent this behavior from reoccurring.

As of 10:50PM UTC, the chain height is currently 4129636. Blocks continue to be produced at a slower than normal rate (every ~4h, compared to every minute). We should see normal activity resume without any intervention in less than 24 hours.
