This is a Barred Galaxis a native Australian fish listed as Critically Endangered. This beautiful fish is only found in the upper headwaters of our mountain streams in the central highlands! Until a few weeks ago only 21 populations were known until @WOTCHinc found pop. 22. 1/2

This is how we make paper in Victoria for Nippon, Maryvale Mill. We do this to unburnt, remaining Ash forest in the Central Highlands. Animals lived here, people relied on the mountain for tourism jobs, water for domestic and agricultural use, fish and recreation. #springst
