@MyNykaa @jagograhakjago I have ordered 5 products from nykaa on 17 July and paid the amount I received 4 items and 5 items was dispatched separately which I didn’t received but status is showing as delivered, I raised a complaint to nykaa customer care however no solution is provided yet

@MyNykaa Who so ever ordering from nykaa be very careful, they are asking for adhar, pan and otp as a proof that you got the parcel, for my prepaid order they kept the parcel and delivery guy came after hours to collect proof that I was the one who took it. When complain to customer care
