Pathophys: pHTN crisis is a vicious cycle primed by high PA pressures and twitchy vessels, which are made worse by: ⏬O2 ⏬pH And if blood can't be pumped into the pulmonary vessels...acidosis and hypoxia develop. #PedsICU
