Who comes out on top?

@MoreLimitless_ Haha like this question, They both lost the main form vs fights Clive v barnabas & Sephiroth v cloud So I’ve gone Clive cuz he only lost a fight cuz he didn’t transform, and nailed him when he did And Sephiroth fully transformed and lost (but that was against a group so 🤷🏽‍♂️)

@ts__villa Yeah its a tough one but I'm definitely leaning more on Clive because my guy beat the alien himself, Sephiroth is a product of an alien. Overall by the end of 16 Clive is pretty damn broken I would say.

@MoreLimitless_ Man this is tough honestly. I love Clive but Sephiroth is pretty powerful. I feel like this is fairly even.

@SunsetMiamiTTV Yeah its a tough one. For me I see it as Clive was able to kill a god (alien even) who created humanity and magic, while Sephiroth is the product of an alien. However, he’s also bathed in the lifestream which grants him even more abilities so it's hard to really say. 🤔

@MoreLimitless_ Clive. Sephiroth can barely handle Cloud, and Clive is certainly stronger than him.

@MoreLimitless_ Sephiroth is a false god, Clive literally solo’s a legit creator god at his SEMI-peak, we know now that he wasn’t even in his peak form when he fought Ultima

@MoreLimitless_ Well, Sephiroth is the strongest character in ff7 and Clive becomes the strongest in ff16. If we consider Safer Sephiroth his “limit break” form, he can be in it as long as he wants, whereas Clive can only be in it for a limited time. Sephiroth is easily stronger than Ultima tho

@James37031343 By the end Clive could become ifrit risen on command for as long as he needed and in that form his feats are insurmountable. Ultima himself, I would argue is more powerful than Sephiroth as Ultima can cast every type of magic including supernova, he’s also a god of creation.

@MoreLimitless_ Clive is a ridiculous power house. We still dont know his final form until we get the leviathan dlc

@Sethios_Olafr Clive still has so much potential and untapped power that the Leviathain dlc answer for sure and kind of crazy to think about.

@MoreLimitless_ The problem with this question is that we've seen neither Clive nor Sephiroth at the height of their power. Sephiroth as admitted by the devs on a few occasions, has always held back against Cloud and Party. Clive... can just do bonkers shit all around. 🤷‍♂️

@GIF_Bluehawk Very true and we also don't know what they'll do with Sephiroth in this trilogy. With that said, we’ll also see how Leviathains power effects Clives strength.

@MoreLimitless_ I like this post but the real question I think is at their peak who is stronger Clive or Lightning. As both of them have taken down a god to save their worlds. Or in Lightning's case, create a whole brand new world. That would be a cool match up to see.

@DustyOldQrrow As much as I love my boy Clive I still don't think that with all his feats that he would defeat Lightning. Lightning i’d still say is FF’s most powerful hero/heroine there is imo.

@MoreLimitless_ Clive is probably only weaker than Lightning and Noctis in the ff verse so he wipes the floor with Sephiroth.
