Frustrating trying to get old of @JohnLewisRetail customer service, sent emails while I wait here disappointed having spent a great deal of money on a travel system that does not suit my lifestyle despite “specialist” advice on a system for a blind mum 😡.

Why do banks do this?. I request large text for any post, yet they ALWAYS post a “normal” text size letter & envelope AND a large print copy in another. What a waste… Offering #Accessible material is one thing but overlooking #Sustainability is just wasteful and careless.

I cannot keep calm, I’m having a baby THIS MONTH!.

So I’m told this baby is officially fully cooked (37 weeks pregnant) how have I celebrated? Laying in bed with a headache, getting up to have breakfast, cuddling Bells and best of all - leaving my hearing aids out. Sometimes it’s just the best, most peaceful thing (while I can!).

2/ The monitor plays baby’s heart beat amongst other “white noise” that exists inside her tummy, at one point baby kicks and take Molly by surprise and she smiles back at the camera.
