I've been wanting to tell the story of the menagerie at the Skinners Arms, Beddington Corner, for ages - but didn't have any photos. Now @NotebookLM can make an anime style video from any source, so I've used that for my video (w/edited images & my voice) https://t.co/Nvt94sl39M

I've made a long (18 minutes) 'desk-based' video of the architecture of Vestry Hall, following on from the History Nugget I presented at the @MitchamCrktGrn meeting in July, at which I forgot this photo which shows the pink Shawk limestone at an entrance. https://t.co/ulMQRFsnGg

The Windmill pub goes up for auction as the receivers move in on the bankrupt owners - guide price £195,000 Good thing we had it registered as an Asset of Community Value by @Merton_Council meaning there's a six month window before it can be sold https://t.co/Kb7O1y1DdL

You'll probably hate the music, but I've made a video of my photos of the ICL 2904 at Downs surgical in Mitcham. It was installed in 1978, replacing a Honeywell 200 and 716. https://t.co/wuV5zmXVQ6

Video of A.I. animated photos of early 20th century Mitcham now on my YouTube channel (it's quite difficult to persuade Google Veo that vehicles should be driving on the left, but I found a way round that!) Full video at https://t.co/XUtLEcWSZa

In 1935 a girl wrote of her summer: "Very soon after we broke up I went to Mitcham for a week and did I enjoy myself? I should say so. I went out on the common every day ...." Using A.I. I've turned this into a pleasant song:- https://t.co/J9x6Ub2QET

I think that this approach is a huge improvement on what was announced last year for the roadworks when no thought had been put in about the suspension of the 200, which would have cut off Phipps Bridge and surrounding areas for those that rely on the bus.

A video about the paper tickets used on the Croydon Tramlink from 2000 to 2018. Why was the tram stop code for Phipps Bridge 'PHL'? Who remembers the Point-to-Point system, and turning the wheel? https://t.co/aI4lOW76y2 (5m 34s video)
