Class two went to Pizza Hut today as an end of term treat. We said "cheers" and staff let the pupils know how proud we are of them. They have worked well together, challenged themselves by trying new things and have focused on their education. #IWBSfun #ProudTeacher

Toby enjoyed a walk around the local area today. He was very proud of himself when he found a chicken baguette on the ground and managed to demolish it before we could stop him 🙈 In the afternoon we chilled out while watching a David Attenborough documentary ❤️. #IWBSToby

More birds have joined our flock! All three birds have the same parents but look at the genetic variation on display. There are differences in feather colour, crests and eye placement. If we had more birds we might see even more differences 🐤🐦. #IWBSscience #IWBSbiology

This week our art lesson also included a bit of maths. We focused on the work of MC Escher and his famous tessellations. Pupils have started to create their own and in doing so have discovered that a lot of patience is required to ensure the tiles fit together perfectly. #IWBSart

In Biology the class have been focusing on genetics. This pupil randomly selected alleles for a bird. He then made his bird using the genotypes created. I'm looking forward to seeing what combination of characteristics the other pupils create. #IWBSscience #IWBSbiology

These pupils enjoyed some time outside with Toby today. One pupil played football with him while the other took Toby for a walk around the playground. #IWBSToby
