Very sad to hear about the lovely Bobby Ball. Strangest memories are playing tennis with him in Birmingham, cooking spaghetti bolognese & sewer rafting in Bologna..& Chariot racing in Faenza...as you do...

Such very sad news. My late brother in law, Tom, did panto with Bobby & Tommy many years ago. This photo with my brother in law sums up Bobby, full of fun. He will be much missed. RIP Bobby

I saw them many years ago, before they were well known, in a local Yorkshire working menโs club and Tommy was on stage singing etc when Booby came in through the door with a shovel that he gave to my then husband and got up on the stage to carry on the show, he was hilarious

Hi Mike, I was in this sketch in 1984 as part of the marching band. Spent the whole day on set at LWT studios and both Cannon & Ball were just as wonderful off camera. One of the best days of my youth. You canโt see me though as Iโm at the back playing my snare drum!

So sad to hear the passing of Bobby. He was a wonderful man and so funny. he will be sadly missed. My thoughts go out to his family and friends.
