Last night, senior Marcus McMahon finished with 35 carries for 219 yards. His 8-point performance helped him finish with 146 points scored, which ranks second on the Middies' single-season list. McMahon also finished with 1,340 rushing yards, the fourth best in program history!

General carb needs for student athletes: 📥3–5 g/kg body weight/day for basic training needs 📥5–7 g/kg for endurance and weight-gain athletes A 165 lb athlete would need 375–525 g of carbs daily to support training and competition demands. Don't skip your pre-workout carbs.
