And to disseminate more our results, like we are going to do in this event today with the European Parliament. We take this opportunity to thank @jpioceans and the teams in all the other projects @Response_JPIO, @Andromeda_EU, i-plastic, @JPIOceansFACTS and HOTMIC.

Although the project already finished, we are still looking forward to publish innovative work on abundances of #microplastics, on concentrations of trace metal in #ecocorona biofilms, in metagenomics and DNA metabar coding of species growing in the #biofilm across all countries.

We published so far 20 new peer-reviewed scientific publications that explore a diversity of aspects from abundances of #microplastics in environmental matrices at different depths, #depuration of microplastics in #oysters, #weathering and #degradation under.
