"LLMs writing about the experience of being an LLM" is a moving and fresh genre of writing. This is my favorite example so far.

I am excited to announce what Iโ€™ve been working on for the past 2 years. General Control is a mandate to develop programmable therapies that make durable, reversible adjustments to gene expression - epigenetically activating or silencing multiple targets at once. In the past 16

I like that @tbpn is taking a stance here, and hopefully, it will influence the industry to be better. Every now and then, there is some truly idiotic behavior in the industry, but everyone is trained to turn a blind eye to it because criticism is somehow anti-entrepreneurship.

John: I was thinking about how 'AUM-weighted slop' isn't an excuse for slop. If you put 1% of your fund into startups that are like "We're the craziest and most degenerate companies," if that 1% gets 1000x more views than the other 99%, you'll be known as the slop fund.

We are entering the "slop era" of AI for scientific discovery. Too much will be packaged as novel breakthroughs, cures to intractable diseases or solutions to unsolved problems, purely to chase attention and virality. Time and history will be the ultimate judge.

Sculptor: the missing UI for Claude Code ๐ŸŽจ Imagine running 5 Claudes in parallel, safely in containers, while you stay in flow. Then bring their work straight into your IDE to test/edit together. This is how one developer ships like a team. Try it with Sonnet 4.5!
