@MattPStout @CharlieBakerMA Baker is doing what's right, but it's purely political. He knows he is facing a serious challenge in November. He prefers to do his dirty work during holiday seasons & when he can hide them. The fact that he was willing to send our National Guard in 1st place was unpopular.
