Yes, it’s truly unfortunate. The seth culture in Pakistan has created an environment where connections and personal influence often outweigh merit and qualifications. It’s disheartening to see capable individuals, such as a CA finalist, being underutilized in roles far below
The سیٹھ culture in Pakistan is really ruining the career of many people. It was sad to see a CA finalist working in one of the biggest meat exporters as data entry officer in procurement department upon discretion of one of the owners.
